1. Full Refund Eligibility – Within 24 Hours of Order Placement

Customers may request a full refund within 24 hours of placing their order. During this early stage, your order is typically still in queue for processing and has not yet been handed over for shipment. If you wish to cancel, please contact our customer service team immediately to initiate the refund process. Requests made within this timeframe will be processed promptly and refunded in full.

2. Partial Refund Policy – After 24 Hours

After the initial 24-hour window, your order may have already entered the preparation or customs pre-clearance phase. In such cases, we are only able to offer a partial refund of up to 50%, as logistical and labor costs have already been incurred. This partial refund helps cover warehouse handling, customs declaration, and fulfillment fees. We appreciate your understanding and encourage timely communication to avoid this situation.

3. No Refunds Once Shipped

Once a tracking number has been generated and the parcel has been dispatched, the order is considered finalized. At this stage, we cannot accept refund or cancellation requests, as the shipping process is already underway and cannot be reversed. We recommend verifying your order details, including flavors, quantities, and shipping information, prior to confirmation.

4. Customs Clearance and Insurance for EU Orders

All orders shipped to countries within the European Union are fully insured. If your parcel is detained by customs and not released, we will either resend the full order at no extra cost or issue a full refund—whichever you prefer. Please note that this insurance coverage applies exclusively to EU destinations, and we reserve the right to assess eligibility based on the specific customs outcome.

5. Delivery Issues Due to Incorrect Information

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping information. If a delivery failure occurs due to an incorrect address, missing information, or refusal to accept the parcel, the cost of reshipping will be borne by the customer. We strongly advise double-checking your shipping details before finalizing the purchase to avoid unnecessary delays or expenses.
