We ship worldwide. Orders are typically sent DDP, covering duties and taxes in the following regions:

For other destinations, DDP is applied where available. If local duties are required, we’ll inform you before dispatch.

4. Shipping Origins & Carriers

Orders ship from either our China warehouse or European warehouse, depending on your region and product availability.

From China:
Carriers: DHL, UPS, FedEx, DPD, and local postal services
Delivery: To your door or local pickup point (ID may be required)

From EU Warehouse:
Faster delivery within the EU, no customs clearance required for recipient

5. Delivery Issues & Responsibility

If your package is undeliverable due to incorrect address or unclaimed at pickup, customers are responsible for any reshipping fees. We are not liable for delays caused by failure to retrieve or respond to courier notices.
